WorkSafe facilitators are experts in evidence-based training and legacy thinking to develop on-going progress reports and assessment, and address the specific challenges that accompany reporting harassment in the workplace.

WorkSafe has been leading courses and workshops for professionals and private individuals in the US and Europe since 2009, facilitating real change in employee health behaviour for tech start-ups, corporate media, co-working spaces , thinktanks and blockchain companies in Europe and the UK.

Developed by Susie Kahlich, using her 20+ years experience in martial arts, her expertise in women's self defense. Susie combines lessons from her martial arts training, storytelling skills and her experience working in executive support for Citibank, Ernst & Young, Lehman Bros., ING, Grey Advertising Global, and  Loeb & Loeb LLP.  She has been featured as a keynote speaker at GoDaddy Women In Tech EMEA, Bacardi Group, OECD, and St. John’s University Paris.
